The Role

Act as the customer-facing hub in a motor garage, managing vehicle intake, repair estimates, job tracking, invoicing, and quality checks while keeping customers informed throughout their repair journey.

What They Need

Minimum 3 years as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting, Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Engineering, and strong ability to translate technical vehicle issues into clear customer communication.
